[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great. This gas burner in my opinion is better than the regular ooni gas burning ovens. The smaller flame allows for NY style cooks while the ooni koda flame is harder to dial in.

We ordered an Ooni Karu 12 and a gas burner. The first burner was a huge disappointment and didn't work well from the beginning. In fact basically not at all. After contacting support multiple times with various suggestions that we knew weren't going to work they finally let us send it back. It was definitely defective. The second burner worked just as it was supposed to.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Using the gas, it’s very difficult to not burn the top of the pizza before the bottom is cooked properly.
I have found that preheating the oven up to about 800°, then, place the pizza in the oven and turn the gas all the way down or off it may take a couple more seconds to cook but it helps. it’s a learning curve that I have not mastered yet

Pizza easy-peasy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having the gas burner makes easy for me to use my ooni anytime. I used to struggle with getting internal temps where I wanted them, but with the gas burner it is so much easier. We had pizza for Christmas dinner and it was a huge hit.

Gas Burner can technically not
