I own the non Bluetooth version and this is the best portable gym. I have owned mine over 6 months. Zero problems. I recommend purchasing through best buy over the manufacturers website because of the extra cost of freight and duty coming from the USA. The resistance feels smooth and resistance is consistent. The resistance is done through gears. It has 1 way resistance. I'm my oppionion I would prefer this machine over any bowflex full gym. I also recommend purchasing the bench that can is sold separately.
