So disappointed

I loved this water bottle ”for like the 2 weeks before it broke. I wanted to try a new brand because the lids on my Contigo bottles kept breaking, but this proved to be even LESS sturdy. I dropped it once on the laminate floor in my kitchen and the lid completely broke. And now that I look at the warranty, accidental damage such as drops are not covered. COOL. I will have to continue my search for a sturdy and convenient-to-drink-out-of water bottle elsewhere.

I absolutely love it! I love that it has a handle for me to carry it from. It keeps my water cold. I can go to bed with ice water and still wake up to ice water.

These are the best. They make me drink way more water than I usually do. I can still use it like a straw but without worrying it s exposed to germs!

Great design - BUT mis-aligned mouthpiece

It's a great water bottle with a cool design!
However, I've ordered several of these, but received two versions with a mis-aligned mouthpiece. That is, the bottle indentations seemed to be rotated 90-degrees. The flat sections are supposed to align with your right hand when you drink, and it doesn t align with either hand. I ve tried putting the bottle cap on multiple times. Owala said this was normal variation, but seems like a real quality control issue to me.

The flip top broke off after a short time

Favorite water bottle

My husband and I love our Owala! It s easy to clean, easy to open (but stays closed, and keeps our water cold for hours! Definitely will be a returning customer.
