Title says it all. Keeps my ice and drink cold for hours, and it doesn't spill when it's closed. Can open it with one hand and the handle makes it easy to carry into week when I've got my hands full. I would definitely recommend.

I go through reusable water bottles every 6 months because I lose it or break it or something random. I ve used my free sip every single day since i received it. I ve been able to hit my water intake goal without a problem. The 32 oz is durable and not too bulky. I don t feel like I m carrying around a big jug. The metal interior makes it very easy to clean. Owala changed the game! I m never going back
