My daughter has claimed my Owala bottle as hers and she loves it. I don't have the heart to take it from her. Can't wait for my next one. Love that it has a big opening to fit ice

I fully understand supply issues. I also appreciate transparency while you were waiting for the supply issues. What I do not appreciate is a promise for complimentary items then nothing. As always, love the bottle, just not the way the delay was handled.
