My new bottle came with dents all over the bottom and sides. The package was thrown out so I was unable to send photos or get a refund. Unacceptable.

This is by far my favorite water bottle! The straw feature is the best. It is easy to drink from. Keeps my water cold all day. I had to buy more. I bought one for every member in my family!

Opened and leaked on my computer and books

I placed the bottle with the lid in the locked position into my backpack. When I got to my destination it had opened and the whole bottle of water leaked into my computer and books. My backpack was soaked through. Now I am afraid to put it in my backpack for fear that it will happen again.

My husband and I both have this water bottle and we refer to it as the œgame changer. This is by far the best water bottle I have ever used. I love the straw or tip feature, and it keeps my water cold for so long! I want one in every color!

Best water bottle I ve ever had! I love the option of using the straw or tipping to drink like a cup. Keeps water cold, fits in my back pack bottle holders (both the 24oz as well as the 30oz), my 4 and 5 year olds love them, and I m actually drinking a minimum of 64oz of water/day because it s just so pleasant. Oh, and the bottle as are super cute colors. Ok I ll be honest, I have 6 of them now. My husband loves it. :-P
