I love the cups but only got 1/2 of my order then got the 2nd one but it was identical to the one I had. Not the one I ordered.

I really liked it the first time I bought the owala but this time the bottles got dirty real fast and my sons bottle wasn t as sturdy as the first one we bought about a year ago

Good, but lower quality this time

Love the bottles!! We ordered more so everyone in the family has 2 now. However, several of the kids already broke. The kids had dropped the original ones several times & they held up. I don t know if they ve had to switch to lower quality products? I am glad we can buy replacement lids, but I d prefer for the originals to last longer.

Lock is finicky

The lock on the new Owala we ordered doesn t work like our other three bottles which we love. It doesn t click open easily, it must be pressed harder and at a specific angle to open. It was for our two year old too :(

This bottle keeps my water cold all day long! It s easy to clean and refill as needed. The double feature of a straw and a sip option is PERFECT!! Cannot say enough good things about this bottle
