Great bottle and nozzle, but cap doesn't stick closes

My gf and I both purchased the Owala after loving the straw/pour feature showed to us by a friend.
The water stays cool, and the mouth is awesome, we drink a ton more water just because of that. However, my girlfriend's cap refuses to stay closed. She has had multiple occurrences where the cap pops open, despite her pressing firmly down and hearing the locking click.
Would be a 5/5 if not for a bottle she can't comfortably put into her bag or spill water inadvertently.

I love my free sip bottle BUT the insert for the straw is cracked and the straw won t stay in. Ugh :(

Best water bottle ever.

I driver a school bus and this bottle keep my drink cold all day long in the Georgia heat. I just had to order my 3rd water bottle after a friend ran over mine. I went without it for 2 days and just had to order another one. No other drink bottle keeps my drink as cold as the Owala

Great cup, Lid Button Broke

I have had many purchases of these water bottles but this new one I received within the first week the button stop to functioning properly. Now I can't lock my lid.

these are colorful, easy to use and carry, my kids and i love them. I love that I can get crushed ice from the opening or sip the straw. My kids and I each have two of them (one for school and one for home).

I originally bought the 24oz from a store and loved it so much I needed to have a 32oz one. My favorite part is that both the straw and sip are completely covered by the cap which sets these bottles apart from other competitors. I love the 2in1 feature of the sip and straw and will never go back to wide mouth or exposed straw bottles again.
