I just saw this add. Was looking for a new bottle. Even with over 7500 happy customers, reading about those that are not is steering me away. I work within the federal gov and healthcare industry so keeping hydrated and accessible is important, with covid it's hard. All water filling stations are closed.

Cap Broke After 1st Drop

Super disappointed with this water bottle.... one month after purchasing it, I dropped it for the first time ever. The flip lid snapped off- so much for it being leakproof anymore. Really disappointed that it broke the first time I dropped it and is now totally unusable. It also didn't insolate that well...

I love my Owala. The colors are fun, it keeps my water cold and makes me a better water drinker (always a challenge for me). I bought one for each of my kiddos as well. They hold up well, are easy to clean and have 2 drinking options which is great!!

I absolutely love these water bottles! I work as an intern in a hospital and this water bottle stays cold from 5 am until I get home at 4 pm! Customer for life here!
