Received this item in terrible condition. It had arrived late after getting lost a few times on it’s way across the country. It was sent in it’s original box, not in a packing box and was torn in several places. The tape had torn on top and bottom and the package sunk when the box was picked up. There were several very noticeable creases on the box. The packing slip was opened so many times it no longer stuck, and came with a few different, very dirty sets of fingerprints. When it was opened on Christmas morning, it had a greasy dirty film all over it because the bag it was in had been pulled down. So it came as a bit of a surprise when it worked perfectly. Not one lag, not one glitch. All day. From 5 am well into the night. Halfway through the day I heard my son say to his buddies “I know, right? I love my mom.” So yeah, it was worth it.
