Went straight to Lenovo as my husband has one as well as an IT friend who recommended I get one. Very happy with my Lenovo. Love the Abyss Blue color and the overall look of the laptop. I don't play video games and rarely watch any videos online so this is the perfect laptop for my needs, but it is capable of those things! Learning the ins and outs of Windows 11. Extremely happy with my purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very frustrated with the Lenovo web site. I searched for laptops with (a) Windows 10, (b) backlight keyboard and (c) TrackPoint (rather than touchpad). The IdeaPad 3i came up as one of the hits. I looked carefully before completing the order; it seemed clear I would get a backlit keyboard and TrackPoint. It came with Windows 10, but not backlit keyboard, and icky touchpad instead of TrackPoint. If the web site had been accurate, I would have ordered an HP. I am trying to figure out what to do next.
