Pretty for a seat watch

This smart watch is good for what I consider important: steps, sleep, heart rate and pulse ox. However, the floors function does not work, like, not at all.
I’ve had the watch since December and it have shown the wrong time for a few weeks . I have tried to fix it and as a last resort disconnected it because it wouldn’t reset. With all advanced the things you can do with your watch these days, you almost feel a bit stupid wanting it to show the correct time?

There are a few ways you can set the time on the Vivomove Sport. Please take a look here for instructions: http://ms.spr.ly/6426sBj6O »CP
I like the features of this watch, but I cannot get the clock hands to work. It is frustrating. When outside i have a hard time reading the digital time. I don't know how to brighten the screen.

If the screen is too dim, you can adjust the brightness by holding the touchscreen to view the menu > select the gear icon (Settings) > the watch icon (Display) > the sun icon (Brightness).
As for the watch hands not working, I recommend trying a manual alignment. You can do that either through the watch or through the Garmin Connect app. Here's how: http://ms.spr.ly/6421Sh7eU
If you're still having trouble with your Vivomove Sport after that, please call Garmin Support at 800-800-1020, then select option 3 for Fitness products, then option 2 for our Vivomove team.
Love the simplicity of this watch. I wanted something to continue tracking calories without looking too casual. This watch does that. The problem is the screen is unresponsive. Can’t swipe to view anything. The hands also need to be adjusted often. I’ve had 20 dollar watches that can keep track of time better than this. The digital watch does work but that’s all this watch seems to be. A digital watch that measures heart rate. Will be returning.
This was my mother's day gift to myself. I wanted another version but decided to go with this version. I'm super impressed with it for the most part. I do wish the text was a bit bigger but I can read it easily. My only issues are that I still don't understand every feature, I cannot figure out of I can or how to change the auto text response and I miss not being able to do talk to text response like my Fitbit. I may just be so use to the other that this one is just more difficult to figure out.
I bought this watch last week. I have had to charge it every single day since then. Some days, I need to charge it twice a day. Despite the fact that I would like to be able to use the device fully (Bluetooth, alerts, etc), I turned them off to see if it would help the battery life. It did not. I assume I have a faulty or dead battery. Contacting support was not helpful. All they did was send the text about battery from the website. Don’t buy if you want to be able to use the device you purchased.
