[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The best option of all currently available ThinkPad docking stations: same as the ThinkPad Universal Thunderbolt 4 Smart Dock (40B10135US), but without the Microsoft Azure Sphere IoT; same as ThinkPad Thunderbolt 4 Workstation Dock (40B00300US), but with a lower power output (100W vs 230W) and a clean Thunderbolt 4 cable (vs a split one). Just grab this one, if you're deciding between the three.
