False advertising!

False advertising! Website advertises option to CUSTOMIZE by photo or design, yet no way to really choose that option when shopping for more panels in MyBespoke. What was going to be a heartfelt custom designed gift, turned into a disappointment because the colors after all these years have not been upgraded!

Panels out of stock

I bought this fridge 2 months ago and I have no problem with it. However, the panels are always out and it is impossible to get color that I want. Hence 3 stars

I do love the 4 door hub refrigerator but what I am most annoyed with is the lack of panels available and the lack of customer service in this regard.

I bought the fridge around the 4th of July in 2024. Not once since then has there been colors other than white black and blue. Unacceptable and a scam to advertise 4 free panels.

Yellow Panels

We bought our kitchen appliances in August 2024, they finally delivered in November (long delay) but all we could get were the white panels for the 4 panel french door bespoke fridge. We did get a 'panel offer' certificate so we could get the yellow panels (we ordered and wanted) at a later date, but we never get a response on when they will be available. I have called a few times each month since but just get the same response "keep watch of our site and once they are available, they will show". This fridge works great and the glass paneled fridge (range & wall oven) was a fantastic idea, and we love them all but when are the colored panels coming back in stock? We see a lot of folks are wanting these great colors (yellow, orange, green, pink, etc.) to come back in stock, but all Samsung has is black, gray, white & that dusty blue. Come on Samsung what is the issue? If we wanted any of these blah colors, we could buy any fridge out on the market.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love my four-door French door bespoke refrigerator with the family hub. I do not like how delicate the glass panels are. I ordered several colors and of course all of the colors I like most were shattered and broke and discontinued so I am left with a few panels that are OK overall I do love my Refrigerator. It is a very sophisticated look in my kitchen.

10 MONTHS AND STILL NO PANEL! TOP WHITE PANEL!

PLEASE BE AWARE IF YOU ARE BUYING THIS FRIDGE MAKE SURE IT COMES WITH PANELS READY TO INSTALL. DO NOT BUY WITHOUT PANELS ! I BOUGHT THIS FRIDGE LAST NOVEMBER AND I STILL DONT HAVE THE PANELS TO INSTALL THEM. I ONLY HAVE THE BOTTOM AND MIDDLE PANEL THAT CAME IN MARCH. IM STILL WAITING FOR THE TOP PANEL TO COME SINCE MARCH ITS BEEN OVER 5 MONTHS OF WAITING. BEING THAT I SPENT OVER $3000 ON THIS FRIDGE YOU WOULD EXPECT THE PANELS TO COME ALONG WITH IT BUT NO IT COMES WITH IT INDIVIDUALLY AND GOODLUCK HAVING ALL OF THEM IN STOCK. IVE CONTACT SAMSUNG CUSTOMER SERVICE AND IVE HAD NOTHING BUT THE WORST EXPERIENCE! THEY KEEP GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND WITH EVERY REPRESENTATIVE IVE SPOKEN WITH. WHEN I CHECK THE WEBSITE IT SAYS THE PANELS ARE AVAILABLE BE TO SHIP BUT MIGHT HAS BEEN IN PROCESS FOR MONTHS. UNLESS YOU WANT TO GO THROUGH THE EXPERIENCE IVE HAD THAN FOLLOW MY ADVICE AND BUY IT WITH THE PANELS ALREADY INCLUDED IT WILL SAVE YOU A LOT OF HEADACHE.

Colors dont match

the top left panel which is white (box said white glass clean white), doesnt match the bottom panel that says just white glass. one looks like grey.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
