Not happy that my laptop is consistantly going into Bios Utility mode and after two phone calls with Asus it is still not working.

We do understand the inconvenience this may have caused if the laptop consistently goes into the BIOS Utility. To resolve this, please load optimize default inside the BIOS setup page. Additionally, disconnect any USB device that is plug-in before loading optimize default, ensure to save changes. I just received my first product with an OLED screen and am I impressed! It's a 13.3" very light weight laptop that is a lot faster and a joy to use. I'm replacing my existing ASUS laptop which was just a basic model to get me by. So much has changed for the better in only 1 1/2 yrs which shows how fast technology is changing around us. I'd certainly recommend this model UM325SA if you need a great day to day laptop with great features excellent picture, and one with a price that won't break the bank.
I would recommend this to a friend!
