I bought this toaster a few weeks ago. I had trouble selecting the options I wanted. I learned but still have trouble changing type of bread. The toaster works well when I finally get it set right.

This the second Cuisinart toaster we purchased. Returned the first one (non-motorized version) because it toasted extremely uneven. One side of the bread was toasted nicely, the other side almost not at all. Bought this upgraded model and it does the same thing. Returned it today.

This is a great toaster that requires several test toastings to know the levels of browsing. The motorized lowering and raising is very useful with the sound notification when done. Choosing from a variety of bread options is a no guess feature. Determining level of toasting requires trial and error but when done can be stored in the memory. Browning on both sides is fairly even but can vary. It is not clear which slot to use for single slices when both slots heat. Overall this is a fine toaster with a number of useful options including a 30 second add on to prolong the toasting time. Definitely worth having in the kitchen.

The best toaster I ever had! I had a previous one, but after 3 yrs it ran its course. I wanted to buy the same exact Toaster, because it is very easy to use when I just want to heat up tortillas for the 30 second feature. It’s easy and fast!
