Toaster works great, very happy with performance. However, I preferred the design with the buttons on the side panel instead of on top. I purchased anyway because I couldn't find another automatic toaster at this price range.

this is an awesome toaster my only issue is it's size which is hard to leave on the counter and barely fits in that cabinet in our kitchen.

Toaster deserves 4 star but directions are another story.
What is so hard to give detailed instructions on it's features. Good thing that person doesn't work for me, if they did they would soon be unemployed!!! Also no sound to indicate the toasting process is finished.

I love this toaster except for the fact that it died in less than 6 months. I have other cuisinart products and thought you made a superior product. I am disappointed and can't help but wonder if this replacement you sent will last longer than the6 months.D

This did not turn out to be quite as good as we thought. It looks good, and I like the feature where you can check how dark it is and let it keep toasting, but it is not consistent. Our old black and decker was more consistent. How many stars out of five would you give our toaster this new Cuisinart toaster did you try setting? How many stars?
