My husband gave me this mixer early so I could use for my Christmas baking. I am so proud of my Italian meranque and Christmas breads. I can't say enough about my Cuisinart . Best Christmas gift ever for anyone on who loves to bake!

Cuisinart Precision Pro 5.5 Quart stand mixer. There is an 8 mm gap between the bowl and the paddle…too large a gap. The mixer acts as a fan over the batter. You have to be the mixer. Meaning, you have to stop the mixer, drop the bowl and mix the batter MULTIPLE times for each batter. Why would you buy a mixer that make you be the mixer?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
