Worked fine until it didn’t one year later

Not even a full year installed, stopped working. Water not coming in. Verified no blockages. Replaced the water inlet valve. Nothing, water wouldn’t flow into the washer. Of course it’s just out of the one year warranty so not even worth fixing. According to the app, it made it through all of 70 washes before breaking. Ridiculous. Will not buy another Samsung this time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Leaks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good dishwasher but it's missing the rubber sound shield below the door. Unit did leak, Samsung advised tech to raise the front and lower the back to keep from leaking. Just think Samsung didn't care to honor workmanship.

Quiet but cheap parts

I've only been able to use this dishwasher for a little over a year now, and already parts are coming off. The stemware mechanism is just a little plastic piece that snaps onto the rack and never stays on.

THINK TWICE!

Worked great…at first. We’ve had nothing but problems with this dishwasher in the last 2 years. Several items I’ve been able to troubleshoot on my own—but our most recent is going to cost us 350 to fix out of pocket because the short warranty period is up…it’s not much more to upgrade. This will be our last Samsung dishwasher and we’ve been true Samsung product fans.

Terrible

Purchased July 2023 and the electrical control panel died in October 2024 2 months after the warranty expired. Cost more to repair than to purchase a new dishwasher from a new company. Absolutely do not recommend Samsung appliances.
