I had this professionally installed and it never once powered on. It has now been over a month and I still have not been able to get a replacement. It looks nice at least.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Buy, whisper quiet, cleans great.

Very quiet, no doubt.. Wash times can be excessive depending on settings. Several options including express wash 60 minutes.Yet if you go heavy, Storm wash, high temp, Sanitize, and auto dry low/high, you are looking at almost 4 hours.. The entirety of you will not hear. Ease of use, downloadable functions, Wifi connectivity is great. Smart Thing App needs minor work but it is smart overall. The 3rd top shelf is perfect for knives and large utensils. I'm one year in and am happy.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this dishwasher, it’s so quiet and dries my dishes way better than my old one. Love that door pops open at the end so everything can air out when I’m not home or if i run it before bedtime.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is certainly above average in terms of visual appeal and overall function, however it is not, in my opinion, a high end dishwasher in terms of performance. With every load I have to rinse or rewash a few dishes, which was never needed with my previous comparable Bosch dishwasher. Also, the dishwasher does not clean dishes that are in the corners at all, and the plastic pieces that hold each rack attachment in place do not stay put. I have to reset several of the adjustments between each wash because the plastic clips are not strong enough to stay in place. Overall, the plastic pieces do not seem to be sturdy and seem to be low quality. Also, the third rack is not spacious enough to fit the dishes that made that third rack so handy in my previous dishwasher. It is so tight to the top of the dishwasher, only flatware and Tupperware lids can fit, which greatly reduces the advantage of having a third rack. Also though a minor issue, it advertises 44db sound, however it is noticeably louder than my previous Bosch dishwasher with the same 44 db rating. Overall it is a good dishwasher, but it is nowhere near the quality of the Bosch dishwasher that it appears to have been designed to rival.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Disappointed in support from Samsung. The spray arm makes a knocking sound on my new Samsung - Smart 44dBA Dishwasher.
Samsung after a virtual analysis with the repairman said the unit was damaged and said my warranty was voided, essentially washing their hands of it. I never expected this. I'm trying now to resolve this with the store and so far no luck. I've been left hanging. Nice dishwasher but no support. Thanks Samsung.

Broke after 15 months but worked great until then

I loved this dishwasher until it broke after 15 months of use. The funny part was it broke two days after recommending it to a friend. The dishwasher cleans the dishes very well and I love that it popped opened so minimal excess water was left on the dishes. Even though I love this dishwasher I would not recommend spending your money on this if its going to stop working after 15 months.

Outstanding Clean

I purchased this dishwasher 3 months ago and it has been great. My old dishwasher still worked but the quality was not there so I decided to upgrade to this Samsung Smart Stormwash stainless steel model. I am so glad I did. This Samsung dishwasher is so much more quieter, cleans 100 times better and has more features than my old one. Would highly recommend.
