Great working machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is very quiet yet extremely efficient. We loaded it up with dishes that had been waiting for it to be installed. They had sat for a few days and they all came out perfectly clean. The modularity of the set up is great and let's you accommodate most dishes. I love that the door opens when the cycle is done. So far there's nothing not to love.

Feature rich, sleek looking work-horse

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this dishwasher installed for about a week. We use our dishwasher extensively, like twice a day! So far, we are very pleased with its performance. Cleans dishes great, super quiet, stainless steel tub inside and the outside doesnt catch fingerprint very easily. The tines inside are adjustable so very easy to customize to fit your need. We can lay those tines down or reorganize for bulky items and it's just so well thoughtout. I am a very picky reviewer and I am one of the first to point out design flaws. I was not able to find any design flaws on this machine.
With top control dishwasher, with no vent, it opens the door 5 or so inches when the cycle is done. I have turned and twisted the tines but they held pretty well through my torturous spell. Smartthings integration is added bonus. With the cutlery rack at the bottom tray, we felt the third rack was redundant, but i can see how that can come handy for some people.
This dishwasher seems well designed and well-built. Only time will tell how this will fare in the long run. But so far, we are very impressed.
The only con we experienced with this product is the installation. This was delivered promptly but we had to wait a month to get this installed after half a dozen phone calls and had to supply all installation parts that were supposed to be provided by Samsung.

Crazy quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this dishwasher. It is so quiet that my wife and I had trouble figuring out if it was actually working so we couldn’t tell if it was running.
Our dishes always come out spotless
My only gripe is that the vertical sticks (I don’t know what these things are called) you out your dishes on tend to fall over on their own.

Plenty of space + easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can finally ask my 13 yr old to help with the dishes as the product is so easy to use. I love how much space there is for all our dishes, especially the top rack for silverware. There is only one thing I do not like, sometime depending on how the dishes are laid out, the water just sits there, so it does not dry all the way, and i have to flip things over to make sure all the water is gone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since my Samsung smart dishwasher with stormwash arrived my life at home it’s been more easy! We cook every day at home breakfast, lunch and dinner! So you can imagine the mess and the dirty dishes…. Plus we have a baby home think about the bottles and baby staff! That now I can sanitize with my new dishwasher. I don’t have to work twice cleaning the pans using the stormwash. I 100% recommended!

What an amazing upgrade!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had an OLD dishwasher we bought for $50 about 6 years ago when our PREVIOUS one died unexpectedly. It was long past time for a new one, so we went with this one. And while we've not had it an extended period, so far we are SUPER impressed. We would like to note that - if you have a plastic valve under your sink that your prior dishwasher is attached to? It is *highly* recommended that you swap it to metal before installing this product to make sure there are no unexpected leakages later on. We learned this when they came to install it.
As for the dishwasher itself? It's the quietest appliance I've ever experienced. There is virtually NO sound. I verify the thing is still running by watching for the cute bubbles on the Smart Things app - which was absolutely seamless to connect. We *love* the 3rd shelf - we use it for all the little things that either fly off the "normal" top shelf or get stuck in the silverware container - plastic jar lids, etc. It's also great for utensils so they don't take up all the other space.
Super impressed with the cleaning ability too. Bear in mind - we're used to having to actually wash the dishes in order for the previous dishwasher to...well...wash the dishes. So not having to deal with that anymore is not only so much easier, but also SO MUCH BETTER in terms of our water usage.
As far as just coolness factor? The door when it just...opens...all by itself at the end of the cycle to help with drying. Less electricity and something that seems like it came from the Jetsons, all in one! Did we actually stand and watch and wait for it to happen? Why yes, yes we did.
Overall, we are ridiculously happy about the functionality of the new dishwasher, and I fully anticipate seeing a difference in our water and electricity bills. Oh, and because she could? Our daughter has named the dishwasher Burt.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is so easy to use. I can fit everything in to it so easily. The center rack adjust up or down for larger pots or pans . I am extremely happy with how quiet it runs. We could not run the old one when we watched TV. This is super quiet. It has a special storm wash area for extra dirty items . In addition it's a smart appliance that links to my phone. I have a smart refrigerator and stove. The Samsung smartthings app allows you to link to your phone. You can start, stop it pause a cycle. I was surprised by the auto release door that pops open to allow for better air circulation for better drying. This model also includes a special utensil shelf that I use for odd shaped items. The stainless inside and outside allows for easy clean up. It is finger print resistant on the outside which is helpful because our grandkids touch everything. I give this dishwasher a big thumbs up and 5 stars.

For starters, the flexibility of the StormWash+ with Dual Wash Arms ensures that every dish gets thoroughly cleaned from every angle, even on the most basic setting. Our family has found the pre blast cycle to be a major time and water saver as we no longer find it necessary to spend countless hours pre-cleaning dishes before loading them into the dishwasher. The Samsung Smart Dishwasher cleans even the dirtiest of our dishes with great efficiency. The folding racks allow for countless arrangements for maximum capacity each load. Another favorite feature of this dishwasher is the SmartThings App which allows us to remotely start, stop, or delay our dishwasher from anywhere. This really comes in handy for our family which is constantly on the run. Being a large family also means we go through more than our fair share of dishes each day. The Samsung Smart Dishwasher not only keeps up with the high demand, but runs so quietly that it is almost undetectable. Finally, having the door pop open to signify the completion of the cycle is not only genius, but also highly effective at speeding up the drying process. Our family is extremely happy with this dishwasher and all the smart features it provides.
