Meredith is the best customer service person I have ever encountered. She went beyond helping me transition to my new frame - I can’t thank her enough but more than that she cares about what she is doing. The absolute very best!!!!

This is our second Aura frame because we love the quality of the frame, how great they look on display, and the high quality of the displays. I have also had occasion to contact Aura Support, and they are always prompt and very helpful in resolving issues as quickly as possible.
