The challenges when an Aura "dies"

Our original Aura was quite old and it basically "burned out". We purchased a new model and chose a larger screen. We had great support from the "tech team", and all our original photos were restored. We also chose the largest screen, and I highly recommend that too.

Everything is flawless about this frame. The software is top notch and makes adding pictures super easy. We got one also for my parents and we can upload pictures of our kids from our phone and it streams seamlessly to their frame! Great product
