[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've now purchased four Aura frames (for ourselves and as gifts) and love the product. The visual impact of the Smith is outstanding--both as a piece of "desktop art" as well as a medium with which to view photos in a high quality, high resolution format. Beyond the frame itself, Aura provides some of the best support we've ever experienced from a "tech" company. We've had issues with several of the frames which Aura immediately addressed via full product replacement: no questions asked, just "pick the replacement you like and we'll have it to you ASAP". Moreover, the technical support team is likewise outstanding. Questions on how to use the frame--from the simplest to the most complicated--are very quickly addressed with on-going follow up as needed. A really great product backed up by a really great support team!

The overall experience with Aura has been good. I originally bought a frame for my FIL at Christmas and liked the quality so much I bought the steel frame for both my husband and I. The only drawback is that the options for the expensive frame doesn’t include photo match (showing two landscapes while in portrait mode and vice versa) which is an option on the lesser priced frame.

We have really enjoyed the Aura frame. Set up was quick and easy. Our children were also able to upload pictures to the frame in advance, so when my wife set up her frame, it was preloaded with photos!
