[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far a let down for a ThinkPad. The track point keeps randomly shutting off/not working. When I try to adjust the screen brightness,, the button only works half the time. During a video call, the image quality was extremely poor, but not blurry like when you have a bad internet connection; as a non-teach person, I don't know how to better describe it. No faster processing than my previous computer, an old hp. The ThinkPad I had a few years ago was superior. Lasted ten years and died in a series of brown outs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] annoying whining noise from fan in low rotation mode. low profile track-button hits the B button constantly. Very glitchy. Power plug in the mid rear is problematic. Problematic for Nvidia updates and a laptop of this type should ease the transition between integrated and discrete drivers.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We also recommend updating your system through both Windows and Lenovo Vantage.
For Windows Updates: 1. Go into your system settings 2. Click on "Windows Update" 3. Click "Check for Updates" 4. Run all recommended Windows/driver updates located here
For Lenovo Vantage Updates: 1. Launch Vantage which is already installed on your system (please search for "Vantage" on your task bar) 2. Click the “Check for System Updates" button 3. Run all BIOS/Driver updates as recommended
