[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The laptop came to me much more quickly than advertised (which is good). Set up was incredibly simple and not too time-consuming. Innate software is an A+. Fast and quiet; Fan rarely, almost never, runs. Lots of options. Sturdy. Big. Few negatives: only 720 camera. Connecting external monitors (as far as I was told) requires a dock. Lenovo sales tech support sold me a dock which does not support 1920 on 3 external monitors. Lenovo products NEVER fail me. Usually, Microsoft outdates the computers before they fail. I have old systems that were running Windows98-2nd edition which can't be updated, but still run.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] great computer so far. only complaint so far is you cant turn off the things plugged into the usb ports when the computer turns off. so the rgb mouse is always on. i have even gone so far as to open the bios to turn it off, but there it no option for this. my next plan of action it to update the bios. if that doesnot work, i will be reduced to buying a new mouse without rgb lights.
