The usb is not working properly, alway show the usb unrecgnized. I tried every way to avoid that but failed. This almost make me crazy!!!! I hate this laptop and regret to buy ThinkPad P17 GEN2, the quality is so bad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] battery runs only for 1.5 hour on balanced power mode which makes this laptop more like a desktop. Not finding good option for docking station. processing speed is good and display is also good for outdoor usage.
