[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good workhorse computer with beefy processing and ram available, but you do pay for it in weight. This does the trick when heavy lifting is needed, though I still prefer the lighter X1s when they are available!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The laptop works ok EXCEPT when plugged into a replication port.
I purchased two of the P series as there was little to select from due to the immediate need.
Both laptops that I purchased do the same thing when attached to the replication port. The external monitors will black out intermittently - sometimes for a second - sometimes for a few seconds.
I have purchased multiple T series laptops and have never had this issue.
Going forward I will stick with the T-series.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Don't buy if you like to use the track point

Known issue of freezing track point going back over a year of various models. I bought mine after owning 7 Thinkpads before.. never had this issue. Lenovo claims software issue but this happens daily out of the box for me and many others. Google the issue. Many people are suffering with it. Don't use the track point no issues... trackpad is ok.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
