I received my order broken sealing with missing parts, first of all they sent me back and forth to each other several times and it wasted my time around one hours. finally they told me they are not be able to send the original missing parts to me and instead they offer around 270 dollars as credit, I asked they to let me think about and when I reconnected they changed their offer from $270 to $170 ! However, because I was in rush and I could not send the laptop back to them, I agreed their offer.

We received this computer with a defective motherboard. The computer powered up once and died. The technical service was fast at work to replace the motherboard. But after starting to use the computer, I realized that the camera speaker is also not working?? Lenovo will send another technician to replace the camera, cable and bezel. What will need to be replaced next??? At this point, I own a perfectly NEW refurbished machine. This is very disappointing. We need this computer to be solid and reliable. We bought a Thinkpad P15v GEN 2 for this reason. But now we're worried the computer is a lemon. We would appreciate if Lenovo replaced this unit with a brand new one.
