No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love it, it best laptop for Linux. But the build quality is not well, on my screen there is a white spot on a black background, it looks like the matrix is pinched in the camera area. I never had the same problems with my apple mac book pro.

Slick-looking, fast, powerful, and incredibly reliable. Worth the price tag and then some. Very minor inconvenience is the loud fan, which can be easily fixed changing the power settings. Definitely update to Windows 11, this laptop is built for that OS.
