No documentation is shipped with the computer. Screen blacked out while configuring and can't restore. Lots of bloatware was evident when display worked. No clue how to use.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In general I am pleased with the P1G4. I can run my graphic programs with no issues. Fast loading of programs and online surfing. It will run hot at times and the battery life is less than ideal, but I knew that before purchasing. I was replacing an old Lenovo laptop with this one. Overall I think Lenovo's products are good and I would buy another one when the time comes.

poorly designed cooling system

Machine overheats to the point I can't even type on the keyboard it is so hot. I'm talking about having maybe one, maybe two browser windows open, and maybe an excel file. The processor runs way hot and the keyboard keys burn my fingers. The fan is as loud an airplane engine. I am returning this machine.

Surprise you & surprise!

The mobile workstation itself is good, but the downside is that the screen border leak is a bit unexpected; There is also the stability of the integrated graphics driver、 perhaps poor compatibility
After all, this is a very expensive PC,So it's kind of a bummer
The level of design and production is still commendable,
When the performance is used, the noise of the fan is still too large
Also, the value for money is not his advantage
Hopefully, future upgrades will make him perfect and won't have these common problems

Everything is perfect but... No number pad.

I have to have one for work. I could care less about the speakers. Wish they could have incorporated a number pad instead. Otherwise it is a 5 star product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased two of these laptops for our marketing team. One laptop worked fine. The other laptop ran the fans at full speed whenever the computer was on, even when the CPU and GPU were not under load. We had to RMA the second laptop to fix the problem with the fans. A brand new $2000+ laptop should not need to be sent back to be fixed. Lenovo QC is clearly lacking.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
