From a sturdy screen to unreal graphics, I am definitely glad that I upgraded to a Lenovo Laptop. I had a Dell before this and it is obvious that Lenovo doesn't skip any corners when it comes to their laptops.

The sound is not as great as I expected though,

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The P1 Gen4 is a very lovely workstation, so far everything are very nice and meeting my expectation.....except.....
The first week I almost returned the unit because the right side fan kept running non-stop no matter what I do/not do, out of the box for the entire week and a half. After working with the Lenovo on-line tech for a couple days, the tech came to my home and replaced the heat-sink unit. Now it's Okay........Other than that, I love this workstation very much so far.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The screen flickered on one side from the moment that I opened the box. I have had difficulty navigating the repair and replacement options, and ultimately will have to return it and start the search for a computer anew.

Worthless

This thing has been nothing but problems. It boots up slower than an older, lower spec'd laptop I own, it's quite often laggy doing things such as moving windows around or opening new browser tabs, sometimes when put to sleep it does not wake up forcing me to need to restart it, after three months of ownership Windows had a fatal crash which necessitated a complete reinstall of Windows and a loss of all my data, quite often the screen goes black for several seconds and it makes the "device connected/device disconnected" sound several times as it seems to think the video card is being removed or something, and it has frequent crashes. I have reseated the RAM and storage drive, reinstalled the OS, installed software to control CPU frequencies and prevent it from turboing in an effort to stop this from turning into an oven, and while overall these things have improved its use this thing is still little more than an expensive doorstop. Do not buy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
