[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a good machine that’s snappy and feels well built. The 2x sodimm slots and 2x m.2 slots are good for future expansion. Lenovo’s S3/Linux sleep mode is a nice touch, considering how much of a battery drain suspend is on tiger lake CPU’s on modern standby.
Longer battery life and thermals that’s aren’t so quick to throttle are my only complains.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My machine comes with Nvidia A4000 GPU which makes it pretty powerful for Artificial Intelligence and Deep Learning applications. I installed Ubuntu 21.10 without much problem. (The brightness control keys F5-F6 don't work in Linux sometimes though). In Linux, the machine remains cool and quite most of the time. If the fan turns on, the speed remains mostly around 2220 rpm, so it doesn't bother me.
The only thing that I don't really like is that the quality of the keyboard got worse compared to the earlier Thinkpads (I had Thinkpad T450s in the past and R61 even before that). It's a bit clunky with shorter key-travel.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Been great so far with a couple of weird items. It's restarted on it's own randomly twice while I'm working. I also have some weird swirl marks on the top of the laptop which astatically looks a little weird. Besides that could not be happier with the machine.
