[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm really enjoying this tablet. It's very user friendly. I like how it's not too big to hold yet not too small. I use it for so many different things including social media, watching movies and video calling. It's battery lasts and charges quickly.

Best budget tablet on the market! Battery life is great, will go about 4-5 days with moderate usage. I mostly use this to download my movies on and take it on trips so for the price it can't be beat.

Sadly: Nokia T20 + Android 12 = random reboots

Long version:
I was very much looking forward to use the Nokia T20 tablet. With regrets, I didn't have a functional experience and had to return it.
(Critical) Issue with Random Reboots: once I finished updates to Android 12 and installed all my apps, the tablet would random reboot several times a day, even if left idle. There was not pattern or trigger to this behavior that I could see. Given a very short return window (15 days), I had to decide quickly what I was going to accept and not accept. Random rebooting was not acceptable and ultimately, this was the deal breaker.
Details:
* With a fully updated Android 12 device but not provisioned with my applications, I didn't witness the random reboot issue. But I didn't leave it un-provisioned very long.
* With a fully updated Android 12 device and with all my applications and accounts installed using the "clone a device" feature, I did see it fairly frequently within the first few hours.
Note: I ran this exercise twice with the same results.
Note: If there had been more time or less frequency of occurrence for this issue, I would have offered to Nokia to field test the device and report back what seemed to be causing the issue and maybe the source(s) of the problem could have been addressed.

(Medium) Issue with Physical Device construction: had a rough edge on one side where the glass top felt to extend past the metal case. Was mostly smooth but felt like a risk to my finger tips.
(Minor) Issue with Updates: was forced to do 2/3rds of a day of updates to get to the desktop. Not a huge issue but should have come more "ready to go".
I would have liked to have a better experience and I hope to retry Nokia's tablets in the future. But it appears that the Nokia T20 Tablet was not ready for Android 12 at the time of my purchase.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
