The plastic swivel is very week and will break quite easily. Unfortunately there is no easy way to replace this

Like most other users, the (left) swivel broke making these totally unusable. This is unacceptable for a headphone that price. I never dropped them and always stored them in their case. No abuse whatsoever. This is clearly a design flaw or manufacturing defect. Unfortunately it appears to happen to a lot of customers according to other reviews online. Philips doesn't seem to be willing to fix the issue... By the way, Philips warranty does not cover "physical damage". Total waste of money for 3 months. Don't buy.

Sound was fine. Noise canceling was good. But the item is flimsy and snapped at the swivel within 3 months of use

Like many others, my right side snapped off in less than two weeks. Philips should be ashamed for dumping flimsy plastic garbage on consumers.

Should have read the reviews. Always in the case when I wasn't wearing them, but the right side swivel broke after 2 months.

Barely used. Always stored in its case and used in home only. Probably only about once or twice a week. Purchase in April 2023 and broke in Nov 2023. The left earcup literally is dangling off the headband. Total waste of money.

not good at all when riding a bicycle

A good product to use indoors. Outdoors, in any mode, it is not good at all. Somehow it catches the wind and amplifies it. It is especially noticeable when riding a bicycle. The head band was tight initially, but it can be stretched.

the ANC performance is very good, 8.5/10
dual device connect worked really well
mic pick up for the phone call is great too
music quality is above par
case is flatter than competitors but not as compact
otherwise the construction quality is very good and an A+ rated product
