Does not connect to WiFi

The two new Tonies we purchased do not connect to WIFI. The original Tonies work but the new purchases - Peppa Pig and Elsa do not connect and I have not been able to resolve the issue.

Our technical support team has reached out to you to assist in resolving the issue! Keep in mind that when adding new Tonies you need to be within range of your Wi-Fi connection or establish a new connection with a different Wi-Fi network. Hopefully you will be back up and running soon!

Best Christmas gift ever! My nearly 3yr old granddaughter loves the Toniebox Playtime Puppy Starter kit in pink. She easily can mange the Tonie’s on the box, and the volume controls and even manages the Toniebox charger. This gift so, popular with the adults they now want one! LOL! The product is of quality materials and has a fantastic speaker/sound quality. THIS is an awesome product and highly recommended.
