I really wish you could get the original voices. There are many Disney Tonies we won’t buy because the voices are sooooo terrible (Woody, Belle, others).

Unfortunately the puppy intro tonie was sold out but this was just as big of a hit. All the classics and hearing my son hum along is the best.

Lost

I bought this for my nieces birthday (purchased 3 weeks before her party) and it was lost in transit. I contacted tonies after 2 weeks and contacting the post office it was last scanned at and they confirmed its lost. Tonies will not even consider replacing this item until 2/8 which is AFTER the birthday. This is incredibly frustrating when they could easily pick up the phone and get the same information I got instead of kicking the can down the road and not accepting any responsibility.
