Great backpack. laptop is well protected and comfortable to wear. Doesn't feel bulky and sometimes forget your even wearing it.

Needs more pockets for organizing smaller items. A second cup holder that is traditionally on the side is also missing. Chest strap is a bonus. Protects the laptop well.
I would recommend this to a friend!
