This mattress is heavy. When we first opened it on the base of the bed it opened upside down it was trouble turning it around it was heavy. Just a suggestion maybe wrap it where it opens to the top side not bottom. Also the mattress top has alot of loss threads on top fabric it looks rough. We haven't tried it yet so too early to tell the comfort level it only expanded to a little over 11 inches it's not 12 inches but we will give it 48 hours to rise and then lay on it. Over all the mattress looks comfortable and looks well made. The mattress i recieved as the top fabric threads coming off and haa some dirt on it as well.
