My monitor was broken when I received it, with a streak of broken light when I turned it on. I was pretty disappointed by this, however, this was quickly relieved when I realized how SIMPLE and FAST it was to do an exchange with HP. I received a new and not broken monitor in the mail in 4 days after submitting an exchange request.
