The monitor functioned for a few days, and then stopped. As the Quick Setup indicated, I've tried the USB-C connection (that worked for a while), and then USB-C to USB-A plus HDMI. Nothing works. It even seems the monitor does not turn on using the well hidden power switch in the back. I'm trying to connect to a new Surface 5 with a docking station. I have to return this monitor.
