Great design and strength

Excellent product and the screw is recessed enough so it does not interfere with attaching to the Sony sel400800 or sel100400 lens foot or with the lower profile Wimberley arca-swiss type replacement lens foot for either lens. Makes it easy to use the connectors to attach the PD shoulder strap to the lens foot instead of putting stress on the camera lens mount by connecting to the camera or to the lens. They are a little expensive but sort of understandable given their strength and low profile.

Works loose after hiking.

I have been using this for awhile, and it's great to keep the camera from swinging when it's at my waist. The one improvement I would like to see is the ability for it to swivel. It tends to work loose after hiking for awhile, even though I tighten it before each trip.

Great Quality Plate

I own a Sony camera, which I also use as a webcam for my job. I was in search of a solution that would allow for a quick connect feature to eliminate the need for constant disconnecting and reconnecting of the bottom plate and camera strap each time I wanted to use my camera. Fortunately, I found this little plate that solved my problem.
