Best camera strap ever!

I'd always hated the process of securing a traditional strap and had heard a lot of great things about your anchor system. At first, I bought a retrofit system so I could re-use my old leather strap. That was fine until I met up with a friend who'd bought the Slide. He let me try it out. Wow, was I sold! Using the tripod mount anchor, I was able to hang my camera crossways such that I could walk with the camera neatly tucked into the small of my back, with the grip within easy reach at all times. I just swing it up and shoot. Very durable with smooth operation. It's the accessory I never knew I needed. Now it's become an essential part of my system. When I needed help with a missing part, customer service was excellent. I had the part in 2 days. All in all, I'm a very happ, satisfied customer

The best strap for my camera! Quick adjusts and secure. I've taken my camera up mountains and into volcano craters, this strap will take all the sweat and the random gravity angles and never let spendy Nikon D850 slip. (photo is at the bottom of Haleakula crater at one of the cabins)

I had the slide lite, and after trying a friend's slide, I decided to upgrade. I use a Canon R5, sometimes with big lenses, and the comfort of the full slide was significant

Simply the best camera straps out there

There is absolutely no questions about it, the Peak Design Slide and Slide Lite camera straps are the best camera straps out there in the marketplace today. I've been using the Slide straps since the original version. I now have either a Slide or Slide Lite on all of my cameras, and they never come off. And aside from the dirt and grime they've acquired over the years (I do stick them on the ground a lot), they look and function as good as they did when purchased.
I recommend these to everyone. Yes, they are expensive, but you do get what you pay for. And so long as you treat them well, they'll last practically a lifetime. My original Slides are going on 10 years old at this point, and aside from issues with the rubber gripping melting (a known defect remedied with the new straps), I continue to use them to this day. (The rubber grip is wrapped in gaffer tape, and I now use them to carry tripods instead of cameras.)
FYI, if you don't like having camera straps that will look dirty over time, then get the dark colored straps. (As of this review, that's Black & Midnight.)
