Feels better than I Thought

Feels better than it looks. I was worried about how it would feel after hours outside rubbing against my sweaty neck. I am so pleased with this product. Made beautifully. Hoping this is the last strap I ever buy. Life is easier with a Peak Slide on your cam.

Comfortable and versetile

I bought this strap to use with my Nikon D500 and 200-500 f/5.6 lens and despite the weight of the whole setup the strap makes carrying it quite comfortable. It took a couple tries to figure out how much tension to put on the strap to be able to smoothly adjust the length by moving the slider, but after I figured that out, it has been a breeze shortening the strap for when I am actively shooting and lengthening it for more comfortable carrying. The only thing that I think would be nice is if the loops for the anchors were slightly longer, so I could attach them to more unorthodox locations like through a hole in my tripod collar mount. I currently have to loop 2 together to be able to wrap around it while still having some flexibility in the loose end to attach to the strap.

Solid strap

Recently bought Slide strap and it is so much better that my Canon strap. Comfortable to use, adjustment is easy with the slide catches.
The tripod plate fixing allows my camera to sit well.
More than enough anchors provided.

Worth the upgrade

I've been using the Slide for a month to support a 1.5 kg camera and I'm glad I upgraded from the flimsy neck strap that came with my camera. The slide works amazing as a shoulder strap, allowing me to carry my camera on 3-4 hour hikes without issue. The locking mechanism is secure and requires force to unlock so I'm not worried about it falling out when I'm trekking. The rounded edges and soft material mean it can be switched to a neck strap without chafing your neck.
