This was a massive upgrade from my old strap. The connection points are so easy to use, and the padded portion is the best

I bought the Slide camera strap a few weeks ago after buying another strap from the camera manufacturer. So I have two new great straps however I feel the PD strap is better because it is more versatile. I can connect the PD strap multiple ways on the camera. The other strap only connects on one post on the camera. So I need 2 types of straps to accomplish what I accomplish with one PD strap.

Saved my hide at a summer wedding!

Bought the Slide in conjunction with a Clutch strap for a summer wedding in Colorado. The two products functioned fabulously, keeping my camera within reach at all times, and looking stylish, too! The Slide strap was easy to install on my camera, and hangs in a most comfortable manner. The anchor clips are a design marvel, and I will likely be buying more just to have on hand. Peak Designs really 'put their foot in it' when they designed this strap!

Easy carry

I've used the Slide for 3 years and it works. Adjusted for length I can carry my 150 macro or my 150-600 in comfort. I bought extra anchor links and a standard plate so I can quickly change lens and not worry about dropping my kit. I use a monopod with the long lens so the standard plate works for that too.

Smooth an silky

Sooo much better than your standard kit strap. Slides like silk but when you need it to stay put, one quick twist an it's like velcro. And attachment, toggle things, mean you can attach an detach in seconds.

Versatile and Reliable

The slide sits nicely across the shoulder. The strap is long enough when I stretch or crouch. Short enough to tuck the camera out the way when walking. I’m happy it can hold the weight of my camera as well.
