Brand quality + After sales insurance

last 2 years I didnt know anything about this brand.
When i wanted to buy strap for my new camera and someone reccommended Peak Design.
I said "oh expensive!!" more than every strap that i bought before.
but after two Peak straps I feel very good about this beand.
I like design and quality all of this.

and very amazing for me that last 2 months ago I scartched my silver strap.
I wrote email to customer service for asking how to fix it or somthing like that.
But she said "dont worry ! You can get the new one from Peak Design"
and after one weeks- I recieve the new one for 0 usd.

I post this story on my facebook and some of my friends hurry to buy new item from Peak Design . ha ha .

Great Strap

Gave this as a gift to my boyfriend who loved that he could wear it as a sling and the easy on/off clips. He even loved the design of the packaging!

Slide and Slide Lite Straps

I have two of these straps and four or the Slide Lite and all are exceptional. The older one is not as tactile as the new one but the new one is shorter and is not long enough for the Peak Capture device. Hopefully, Peak will change this. One suggestion, thread the attachment doo-hickey directly thru the strap eyelet on your camera rather than use the triangular thing that came with your camera. I did this by using some dental floss to pull the attachment thru the camera eyelet. I also use the strap for heavy binos and could not be happier. The bino strap attachment is slotted for the strap that came with the binos. Throw it away, attach the Peak Design Anchor Links, and use a Peak Design Strap. Best straps I have ever had and I have had plenty.

Had an issue with my old strap (that I absolutely LOVED) and now got the newer version and it's definitely an improvement! Excellent costumer service as well

Love this as my main neck strap. Material is wonderful and comfortable on my neck. The anchors are extremely strong and popping it off is a breeze. Will be picking up the leash soon. Well done PD!

Terrific strap!

Bought one. After trying it out for a few days, bought a second one. After a few more days, bought a 3rd one for my niece who is a pretty serious photographer. The strap is just great as a sling-type, for putting the camera down at your side or back when not in use - keeps it safe and out of the way. 76 years old, been shooting for 60 years and this is the best strap I've ever had.

I own 3 Slides and 2 Slide Lites and a strap. I've owned many expensive straps for my cameras and ended up not using them. Peak Design's straps are simply wonderful and a major player in my camera kit.
