Fantastic purchase

Would definitely recommend this product to anyone. It's multi purpose and works really well. I'm 6'3" and I struggle finding camera straps to fit. This one is most definitely long enough for me and probably someone taller.

This is the best camera strap I've ever used. From the quality construction to the functionality, it was so thoughtfully designed. And it is comfortable! I absolutely love this strap.

Great versatile product

This is my first peak design product. After searching around and watching multiple YouTube videos on different products o found this on to be the best. VERY WELL MADE. Storng and I trust my camera equipment to it. Love the warranty and that they are a small business. Have a second camera and am thinking of buying a slide light for that one due to the quality. Really does why it says it does. Made the right choose.

Most comfortable
on March 11, 2019

I have been a client of PEAK for a few years. My first strap was the first leash that they designed and I still have it and use it. But as the years have gone by, my equipment has got a bit heavier and I was ready to upgrade to the SLIDE. I ordered two (both my husband and I are photographers) and it has been an awesome addition to our daily gear. It is so comfortable and most important, the way it is designed, it stays in place without turning around or getting stock. Plus the anchors are upgraded too. We added one more anchor to the tripod mount and it works great when we use longer lenses or shooting vertical. Most comfortable strap we have used in the last 15 years!

I am a proud user of many PD Products. Rather, one can say, I opt and prefer PD Products over any other brands due to the excellent unmatched Quality, Durability, Style, Safety & Security features & Customer Support of PD.
The SLIDE Strap has changed the way of my outlook of carrying & handling a Professional Class DSLR with Heavy Lenses mounted. It's a great ease of use when SLIDE Strap offers the easy method of switching to a NECK STRAP from a SLIDE Strap, just by a press N click. It is much easier now to store my DSLR in Camera Bags or in Lock N Lock Air Tight Containers or in a Dehumidifier Dry Cabinet. It gives FREEDOM from the BAD BULKY LOOK that most of the other STRAPS offer on High Prices...Lol !! The Strap and it's Anchor System is so STRONG that it can be left hanging for hours in a busy wedding assignment without having to bother. This is what I am saying after several hundred hours of use and not just boasting. Let me close the review with a special but remarkable note : PEAK DESIGN really CARES for US !!! Any issue that may bother you with PD SLIDE Strap- JUST Contact PD Customer Care....I Guarantee, You would be surprised to realise one of the BEST CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND SERVICES available on this Planet !!! Happy Purchasing Guys !

Strong, versatile, comfortable strap
on March 18, 2019

Fantastic strap! Compared to the standard strap that comes with a DSLR, this strap is far more versatile and comfortable. The ability to quickly and easily change the connection points on the camera (or remove the strap entirely) is super handy if you have lenses of vastly different weights. Carrying on your neck just isn't feasible when you have a 200mm lens and extender attached. It's also great just to be able to remove the strap. It fits better in the bag and if you're just shooting from a car on safari, there's no need for a strap at all.
Being able to shorten/lengthen in seconds is very handy, especially if visiting touristy areas in less safe areas where you want the camera to be tight around your body unless actively shooting. It's also just comfortable.
The only thing I would change is to offer a smaller size. For my small frame, I would like to be able to tighten up a bit more to put the camera in the small of my back but the pad is too wide. I imagine a lot of women have this issue, as well. A small sized strap that is a bit shorter with a shorter pad would be perfect.
Overall, a HUGE improvement over standard camera manufacturer straps. Thanks PD!

Nearly everything I Need From A Strap
on March 18, 2019

I love the way the Slide feels and looks. I had resisted using slings because most carry the camera upside down so your long lens is just looking for something to bang into. I use battery grips on all my bodies and attaching to camera bottom on grip side and top of body opposite side hangs camera lens down over left or right shoulder. I also use a hand strap as it provides better control and less fatigue with long lenses, and your clip button fits in the same strap mount easily. So, in general I love these straps. What I would like to have is the option to buy a Sling without the rubber gripping. I wear two of these over my shoulders crossing on my chest, both grip side up to enable sliding against my shirt. The top Sling does exactly what it is designed to do but the bottom Sling's rubber grips resist sliding against the underside of the top Sling. This configuration works but requires extra effort to get all the movement I need to shoot, particularly if I need to pivot to vertical orientation. Picky, I know, but I am a photographer.... I also love being able to put clips on all bodies so I can just strap up and go, even using straps that come with the cameras. Thanks for a great product.

Best Camera Strap Ever
on March 29, 2019

I've tried a lot of camera straps. Heck I worked in a camera store. I even signed up for some high end Canon professional service thing and received their high end strap. Nothing begins to compare to the ease of use of the Slide. It's a dream to hook into with my camera. I'm taking this strap all over the word with me!
Thank you again for creating this piece of brilliance
