Love the slide on my mirrorless systems

The slide is a great strap for mirrorless and DSLR cameras. I also use it as a camera shoulder bag strap.

Design functionality meets quality!

Before I even removed the strap from the box, the packaging hinted to the quality that lay inside. Like the boxing, it's the little details that sets this product apart. The design features that are so well thought through and executed. It looks and feels great. I am so impressed with the design and the quality, I am now looking at buying the camera backpack to go with my strap. This won't be my last Peak Design purchase!

There ain't any better

I now have 3 slides; one for each of my cameras. And I would never have any other strap. I am glad that there are 3 colors (red, black, and now grey) which also makes it easy for me to identify each of my cameras. There are probably lots of positive comments I could make but the key one is that I can adjust my straps in 2 seconds and always have a strap and camera that are comfortable no matter how I am dressed. Considering that I live in the mountains I wear VERY different clothes on a photo shoot so these straps are so helpful.

Excellent strap but wish it was a little longer

I'm extremely pleased with the PD strap in most respects but I wish it was just a little longer as, being a tall person, I have to have it at it's full extension to use across my body and have my camera on the clip on my right waist. An extra couple of inches in its max length would make it just that bit better. The seat belt like buckles are strong and easy to use but I put a small square of cloth on the back of my camera when it's in my camera bag to stop the buckles scratching or marking my camera screen.

All day comfortable

You know a strap is good when you wear it all day and there is no discomfort at all even with heavier camera bodies and lenses. Also like the ability to move it between my camera bodies with the clever quick release buttons. I highly recommend this strap. It is well worth the price.

Part of a winning system

I'm really liking my Peak Design camera carrying system. Between the Slide for my Nikons and Slide Lite for my Fuji X-t2 and the Clutch I can go from a hand strap to a shoulder strap to a tripod and back in a matter of seconds. Both straps are very comfortable, easily adjusted, and look great on their respective cameras.
I have anchor links on the left side of my camera and connected to the mini Arca plate that's supplied with the clutch. That allows me to carry the camera with either of the straps. If I want to use the Clutch hand strap I disconnect the anchors from the strap, turn the plate 1/4, and connect the hand strap. And regardless of which of those I'm using, the plate is always there for mounting on a tripod.

I haven't been happy with most of the straps of tried for my DSLR cameras. But I found a review on a website that touted the features of this strap and decided to look into it more. The demonstration video convinced me and I ordered 2. Wow, are they ever nice. I've used them in all 3 configurations and they all work well. On the shoulder and across the chest works best for me. Most comfortable and the strap is slick enough to be able to pull the camera into position very quickly and with little effort. I highly recommend this strap.

Very good but not quite long enough

Good strap but I feel it could be a bit longer. I have mine pretty much maxed out across the shoulder and I'm only 6 foot.
The anchors dangling off the camera can be a bit distracting but are easily removed if you're not going to be using it for a while.
Apart from that a good strap.
One note: the black and grey materials are different. The grey is more pliable and easier to fold up and put in your bag. Maybe try before you buy.
