Compact and high speed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is just what I needed for on-the-go. It’s compact, lightweight and fast. Easily fits in my pockets. It comes with a rubber sleeve for added protection and a USB-C cable. I use it with both my phone and PC. Photos and videos are not an issue, transfer is quick. Now I only wish I had purchased more space which I will do in the future. I would definitely recommend

Very Reliable, Fast and Powerful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! I can’t believe I am excited about a hard drive! the Kingston XS2000 2TB High-Performance Portable SSD is amazing. The Kingston XS2000 2TB High-Performance Portable SSD comes with a rubber sleeve that keeps the drive durable, water-resistant, and dust resistant. I saved a lot of files on this drive instead of my PC (for security). Very fast transfers of even large groups of large photo files. I use it several times a week, mostly writing to it, and sometimes reading from it. Never any problems, no corrupt sectors, etc. My PC always recognizes it (my older drives were hit and miss for recognition). Loads of space, and it seems sturdy and it never makes a sound and barely warms up even with extended use. USB-C is great too. The drive is small enough to be carried around easily and fits in my pant pockets ( portability in a pocket ). It has freed up over 100GB of space on my laptop and now my laptop is experiencing less lag. A great tool to help increase the capacity of your any laptop new or old.

small, fast, tough

It isn't all that pretty, but it makes up for a lack of good looks with great specs, impressive speed, water resistant, abnd shock resistant. I have. had good luck with these drives, and I've tried other SSD drives- this kingston stacks up nicely with the best ssd's. It is especially fast on a Mac thunderbolt 3/4 port.

Great Storage Device!

I have used Kingston thumb drives for years. They have always been my go to for the most reliable. When I say the Kingston XS2000 I was ecstatic. It is great for work documents and for my photos it is perfect.

great storage

The small size made it easy to fit in my pocket as one was upstairs and one was downstairs, saved a lot of space on the desk.

Definitely get htis if you need small size, but fast storage.

Great for things like pictures and videos

This is great to store things like family pictures on, which is what we use it for, without taking up room on the gaming computer. I would rather have our pictures on this anyway, as it can be removed and put on another computer if needed. Very handy.

Pictures are a big thing for me, now I can make room for other documents. You do have to pay attention to the specs to see if it is compatible to your computer, I did have to buy an adapter to hook it to my computer.
