Use with the Sear Zone and you’ll get great steaks. The cross hatch marks make an excellent presentation for steaks.

Disappointing Quality

Peeled way too quickly, but the idea is good. Quality cast iron without the coating would be a better product. I've owned it for a while, but the peeling began in just under a year.
Edit: Weber reached out to me, and after submitting a photo, they gladly replaced the grate. So I thought it was worth mentioning.
